A.C. Americas Announces Natasha Royal as Vice President of Finance

A.C. Americas, a North American distributor of world-class AVL products, is pleased to announce Natasha Royal as VP of Finance, bringing extensive experience in driving profitable growth, leading strategic initiatives, and building FP&A processes.

Reporting to Jean-Louis Blanchard, President, Natasha will oversee financial planning, reporting, and risk management, ensuring the organization's long-term fiscal health and financial performance. Natasha’s responsibilities will include developing and analyzing statistical and accounting information, establishing major economic objectives and policies, and directing financial and budget activities to maximize investments and increase efficiency.

In addition to Natasha’s financial acumen, she will play a crucial role in evaluating and developing her team, fostering strong partnerships with other departments.

Natasha has extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, having led commercial finance and reporting for Voortman Bakery globally. Natasha has also held finance roles of increasing responsibility at Alcon Canada, Kellogg Canada, Lindt & Sprüngli (Canada), and Sears Canada, where she oversaw commercial and operational finance functions, developed sales and operating budgets, and implemented strategic initiatives.
